I had a fuse short out my fuse box and had absolutely no power. It’s 7:30 p.m. and freezing outside. I tried several companies that have so many commercials on tv and advertise 24 hour service only to hear they are busy maybe tomorrow. This company was on their way in minutes and the professional problem solving was incredible. Maybe you won’t have such an emergency but I believe these guys are one of the best and the price they charged me was very fair. Had problems with a 6 month old Bryant furnace and tried calling the original installer (Summit HVAC) no answer. Tried calling for 2-3 days and always got a busy signal. By a stroke of luck I contacted BES. Guy came out and did a great job. Determined it was a failed ignition control circuit board. Since BES was not (unfortunately) the original installer, I was required to pay the associated labor charges. BES is an authorized Bryant dealer so the installer (new guy from down south) was able to get the parts covered under the factory warranty...and it was north of $1,000. Our home has the original A/C unit and I will most definitely be going with BES for that replacement.Load more
