I had a fuse short out my fuse box and had absolutely no power. It’s 7:30 p.m. and freezing outside. BES provides exceptional customer service. I've used them before and yesterday needed their services again for a recently installed ceiling fan. Sean was dispatched to my residence to handle the service issue. The issue was that the ceiling fan did not have power.
