I had a fuse short out my fuse box and had absolutely no power. It’s 7:30 p.m. and freezing outside. I tried several companies that have so many commercials on tv and advertise 24 hour service only to hear they are busy maybe tomorrow. This company was on their way in minutes and the professional problem solving was incredible. Maybe you won’t have such an emergency but I believe these guys are one of the best and the price they charged me was very fair. Definitely a five star recommendation.

BES provides exceptional customer service. I've used them before and yesterday needed their services again for a recently installed ceiling fan. Sean was dispatched to my residence to handle the service issue. The issue was that the ceiling fan did not have power. Sean patiently read through the owners manual while trying to diagnosed the problem. The problem was quickly found. The power pack to the unit was not working. Sean did not have a spare power pack and he graciously went out and obtained the needed item. Upon his return the power pack was installed and the ceiling fan began operating as it was designed too. The service charges were more than reasonable and in fact slightly less than anticipated. Sean was provide great customer service, was friendly and knowledgeable, BES is a great company and I would not hesitate to call for their services in the future and will happily recommend their services. Thank you.

Same day I called they were available to come out and fix my electrical wiring they are fast and efficient.. I would recommend them again.

Sean from BES Electrical was timely and knew exactly what was wrong when he got here. They were 4th company I called that said 24/7. And. They really meant it (was weekend). Definitely use again. Knowledgeable. Reliable. Friendly.

I am sorry about the appointment we had a family in Payton with a 2 year that lost power to there house we had 3 guys working to restore power until 7pm last night. We could not leave family with out power.

Had problems with a 6 month old Bryant furnace and tried calling the original installer (Summit HVAC) no answer. Tried calling for 2-3 days and always got a busy signal. By a stroke of luck I contacted BES. Guy came out and did a great job. Determined it was a failed ignition control circuit board. Since BES was not (unfortunately) the original installer, I was required to pay the associated labor charges. BES is an authorized Bryant dealer so the installer (new guy from down south) was able to get the parts covered under the factory warranty...and it was north of $1,000. Our home has the original A/C unit and I will most definitely be going with BES for that replacement.
