Frequently Asked Questions
Can't find your answer? Call us at (303) 699-1417 and we are happy to help.
These are the questions we get asked most often, answered plainly. If yours is not here, call us on (303) 699-1417 and ask. We would rather spend five minutes on the phone than have you guess.
Before you call
Two things speed up almost any service call. First, know roughly how old the equipment is, since a twelve-year-old furnace and a two-year-old one lead to very different conversations. Second, be able to describe what actually happens, not just that it is not working. A breaker that trips immediately on reset is a different fault from one that trips after an hour, and knowing which saves diagnostic time you would otherwise pay for.
How our pricing works
We quote a fixed price before work starts rather than charging an open hourly rate. Diagnostic fees are quoted when you book, and on repairs the diagnostic comes off the final bill. Larger jobs such as system replacements, panel upgrades, and generator installations have financing available. Work is covered by a one year labour warranty on top of whatever the manufacturer provides on the equipment.
Emergencies
We answer and dispatch 24/7 for genuine emergencies: no heat in winter, no cooling during a heat advisory, loss of power, a burning smell, or a panel that is warm or sparking. If a carbon monoxide detector sounds, get everyone out of the house first and call from outside.
