RTU Installation

RTU Replacement

Preventive Maintenance

A well-maintained packaged rooftop unit lasts 15–20 years; a neglected one often fails in 8–12. The biggest factors in Colorado are filter changes, coil cleaning (dust and pollen accumulate fast at altitude), and catching refrigerant leaks before the compressor burns out.
