Areas We Serve in Colorado

Our office is in Greenwood Village, and we work outward from there across the south Denver Metro and Douglas County. In practice that means Greenwood Village, Centennial, and Englewood are minutes away, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Castle Pines, and Aurora are short runs, and Castle Rock and Parker are a straight drive down I-25 or Parker Road. All of them are same-day service areas for us rather than places we occasionally travel to.

What same-day actually means

For most of our area, a call placed before mid-afternoon gets a technician out the same day. Emergencies are different: no heat in winter, no cooling during a heat advisory, loss of power, or anything involving a hot or sparking panel gets dispatched 24/7 and takes priority over scheduled work. If we cannot reach you the same day we say so when you call rather than leaving you waiting.

Permits are handled for you

Every city and county in our area permits differently. Castle Rock, Lone Tree, Castle Pines, and Parker each run their own building departments, Highlands Ranch and the unincorporated areas go through Douglas County, Centennial and Englewood work with Arapahoe County, and Denver has its own stricter and slower process. We pull the permit and schedule the inspection wherever the work is, and we build the realistic timeline for your jurisdiction into the quote.

One contractor for both trades

Everywhere we work, we self-perform both electrical and HVAC. That matters most when the two overlap, such as a rooftop unit that takes out a circuit or a furnace that keeps tripping a breaker. Instead of two contractors scheduling separately and disagreeing about whose problem it is, it is one call and one visit.

Outside these areas

We also serve Littleton, Cherry Hills Village, Elizabeth, Sheridan, Larkspur, Franktown, and other communities across the Front Range. If your town is not listed, call and ask. For larger commercial projects we travel further than we do for residential service calls, so the answer depends on the work.
